Return and Exchange
Return or exchange facility is given only in following circumstances:
- if wrong piece gets delivered by our team accidentally
- if the order delivered gets damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on [email protected]. We will bear the cost of return shipment.
If the size of a piece does not match the customer’s requirement, we will exchange the piece. Customer will bear the cost of the shipment.
No returns or exchange will be entertained in following circumstances:
- if the customer does not accept the package and returns without accepting
- if you contact us after 48 hours of delivery.
- If it is on the basis of slight difference in the shade of glaze.
